This smoothie is made with simple ingredients that will satisfy that sweet tooth. Plus it’s packed with gut loving ingredients that will not only give you level energy but make your skin glow from within.

Cherry Protein Self-care Smoothie

Prep time: 3 minutes 
Cook time: 2 minutes 
Total time: 5 minutes
Course: breakfast/ snack
Diet: vegan, plant based, gluten free 
Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana (slicked)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen (or sub for vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 capsule Just Thrive Probiotic
  • Cacao nibs (for topping)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth & creamy
  2. Pour into your favorite glass and top with cacao nibs
  3. (optional) Add additional toppings like gluten free granola
  4. Sip into pure cherry chocolate bliss

You could also make this into a delicious smoothie bowl that literally tastes like ice cream by simply reducing the amount of coconut milk to 1/2 cup.

Either way this cherry and cacao nib smoothie is about to become your new favorite on repeat!
